COLUMN
October is Rotary Vocational Service Month. We will have the opportunity to inspire twenty-six high school students, during our Shadow Day program.
Many of our young people are looking for the spark that will ignite that ambition to pursue a particular vocation. As Rotarians, we practice and promote the highest ethical standards in all of our occupations. What a terrific opportunity we will have to positively impact the thoughts and interests of many of our local youth.
I want to personally thank the fourteen Rotarian “Mentors” that will spend the morning of Wednesday, October 22 with our fine students from East Forsyth and Glenn High Schools…..You folks are terrific!
