PRESIDENT's COLUMN

How do I start my last newsletter? I thought that I could talk about some of the fundraisers that we have worked or possibly the many benefits that we have derived from our membership driveor possibly.with a simple and very heartfelt “Thank you” for being the wonderful group of people and friends that you are!

You have made this past year one of those “life highlights” that I will look back and reflect upon as being a very special time for me. I addressed you last June, at our Awards Night and asked that we work as a team to continue to accomplish the many worthwhile goals that Rotary International and our own District leadership had bestowed upon us..I looked out on you that night, with a level of apprehension but an even larger level of pride. Our Club has always been considered one of the top Rotary Clubs in our District and our Zone and you now you have made our Club one of the top Rotary Clubs in the World. You Rock!

As Jason begins his year as your new President, please continue to give him and your Board, your support, your ideas and your recommendations on how we can be better. We will always be only as good as the membership that steps up and continues to live and demonstrate Service Above Self.
