COLUMN
December is “Family of Rotary” Month, a time when we celebrate not only the family that is our Rotary Club, but also our families at home and the impact that they have on our ability as Rotarians to make a difference here in Kernersville and around the world. Look for ways this month to share Rotary with your family. Bring your spouse or significant other with you to help with our annual Pancake Supper on December 6. Also, invite your family to join us for breakfast on December 23rd for a special Christmas program at our weekly meeting.
As we celebrate the season that places special emphasis on “Peace on Earth”, let us take pride in the fact that we are a part of an organization that works hard everyday to make that idea a reality. As we enter this season of giving, please accept my family’s most heartfelt wishes to your and yours for a wonderful Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year.
